As the weather starts cooling off, it’s time to get out on the bike! We at OVB want to make sure that you’re ready to ride: we’re open for business and our repair turn around times have typically been about 2 days. Our $60.00 tune-up is a great deal for a general service of your bicycle, please call or visit the shop for more details.
Due to the pandemic, there is a shortage of basic repair parts, tires, and tubes, but we are doing our best to keep available products in stock.
If you’re in the market for a bike, while we are still struggling to get all bikes in, given the high demand, we have been getting certain models in daily. Please check in with the shop for bike availability. We’d love to help you find the right bike for the kind of riding you want to do!
Be sure to check out our coupons on the shop website for the latest deals!
We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy, and thank you for your continued support!
Oro Valley Bicycle
Please see below for an update of Oro Valley Bicycle’s operations:
1. Service and Repairs- We are mostly caught up with backlogged repairs as of this update. Most repairs will be completed in 2-3 days after they are dropped off.
2. Parts- Our suppliers are struggling to get us basic repair parts, tires, and even tubes. We hope that this situation will improve closer to the month’s end. We ask that our customers be understanding of these circumstances.
3. Bikes- New bikes are arriving daily! At this point, all 3 shops have a limited supply of bikes. Rockhoppers and Crossroads are trickling in. We are still waiting for Sirrus and Roll models to be delivered.
Thank you for your continued support through these unique times.
Stay safe and healthy!
Oro Valley Bicycle
Our repair turn-around times have greatly improved from our previous post, and we are getting closer to our “normal” turn around times for most repairs.
Regarding bikes in-stock, we do have bikes on order, but ask that our customers patiently await their arrival.
We’d ask that all our customers be patient, both in terms of repairs, bikes and parts on order, and in their interactions in the stores. We’re all working though this stressful time together!
If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call or drop by one of our three locations.
Oro Valley Bicycle
Due to greater demand for bicycle repairs from our customers, turn around times for all 3 locations are now 6-8 days for most repairs (at the time of this post). We strive to provide the best and most timely service possible at OVB as well as being fair to all our customers who leave their bikes for repair. The only repairs that can be done on the spot are flat tire repairs.
If you don’t feel comfortable coming into the store to pick-up or drop-off a repair we’re happy to work with you curb-side! Please give us a call to request curb-side assistance or for more information.
Thank you for your continued support and patience!
Oro Valley Bicycle is open!
The health and well-being of our customers and employees are our biggest priority.
For the safety of our cycling community, please do not visit the shop if you have any of the following symptoms:
